3 weeks ago i thought i was about to have a heart attack. it was towards the end of my run out in the sun. my chest hurt. my shoulders hurt. and my hands were tingly. since then i have been convinced i'm on the verge of a major cardiac arrest. people tell me "no no no. claire. get real." i'm probably a hypochondriac. i know.

but i just looked up the side effects to a medication i've been taking. you'll never believe it...

"Hypotension, tachycardia, palpitations, shortness of breath, apnea, syncope, arrhythmias, prolonged P-R interval, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, ventricular ectopic activity (including ventricular tachycardia), myocardial infarction, and cardiac arrest."
